On April 8, 2024, millions of Canadians across Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces will witness a total solar eclipse — potentially making it the most viewed total solar eclipse in Canadian history.
To celebrate this awesome celestial event, Arts & Science is helping Canadians view the eclipse safely with viewing glasses, and offering educational resources developed by the David A. Dunlap Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics, the Dunlap Institute and Discover the Universe, a U of T program.
